Processing time:

All orders are shipped by TUESDAY.  The cut off time is SATURDAY end of day. Orders placed Sunday or Monday will be processed and shipped out the following week. 

Shipping time:

Typical delivery time frame is 2-3 Business Days.

All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, so know that your sea moss should arrived cold and be refrigerated immediately.  We've also experienced delayed shipping with customers who live in rural areas that don't have daily mail delivery FYI.

Our goal is to offer you the best prices on shipping while ensuring your perishable products are delivered to your doorstep fresh and ready for consumption. Shipping costs are flat rate USPS, in fact we absorb the costs of packaging and ice. A saving cost tip: You can include up to two jars for the shipping of one medium box. Or you can ship four jars of sea moss in the large box.
